All client information Groupia collect is requested during the quoting/booking process and is done so with the client’s knowledge and consent. This information includes;

• Mailing address

• Phone number
• Invoice address if different
• Date of birth
• Passport number (if booking flights)

Information may also be collected in our competitions and surveys. This information is only used for the purposes of informing entrants whether they have won.

How We Use Their Information

Client information is used in the course of completing booking for hotels, activities and travel arrangements only as required. Information is also used to send quote/price details in response to client requests.

Clients can opt out of hearing from us at any point. For competitions and surveys Groupia operate an ‘opt in’ policy and entrants will only hear about future Groupia deals, offers and competitions if they have requested to do so.

How Long Is Data Stored?

Personal client details may be used for future bookings, therefore we keep all client details online until the client requests their details be removed from our database.
